WARNING: Once your account is deleted, all your cost analyses, stock records, customer data, and subscription status will be permanently destroyed.
Which data will be deleted?
- Your user profile (email, name)
- All your filament stock records
- Your product catalog and cost analyses
- Order history and customer records
- Printer inventory and spare part tracking
- Workspace memberships
How can I delete?
You can delete your account in one of two ways:
1. From Within the App (Recommended)
In the mobile app or web version, use Settings → Account → Delete My Account. Your account will be deleted immediately.
2. Request by Email
Contact us from your registered email address. Your request will be processed within 7 business days.
