3D Printing Cost Calculator
Move the sliders to match your own job and see the real cost — filament, electricity, labour, depreciation and failure rate included — along with a suggested selling price, instantly. No sign-up, nothing stored.
The five items that set the right price
Most calculators count only filament. The other four are what eat your margin.
Filament
Based on spool price and actual grammage; in multi-colour prints every filament is costed separately.
Electricity
Your real printer wattage and the print duration, multiplied by your current kWh price.
Maintenance
Nozzle, belts, bed — the hourly wear allowance is written into the cost.
Labour
Slicing, preparation and post-processing minutes priced at your hourly rate.
Failure allowance
The share of failed prints is added to the total cost. The item nobody calculates.
What the calculator actually computes
The calculator on this page calls the very same function the Slice&Price panel uses — not a simplified copy. The only difference is that in the panel you define your spool prices, printers and stock once instead of re-entering them for every job.
